Tina was my first great love.  We started dating at the end of 9th grade and were together until somewhere in my junior year. She was gorgeous, funny and crazy as hell and amazing to be with. She was truly every young boys dream. We split up but remained friends. I was very close to her parents n spent a lot of time with Sam, her dad, while I was in flight training in college. I left Long Beach to join the Marines n then moved to Texas when I got out n we lost touch. To say I thought about her often is an understatement.  What a special person she was in my life. So sad to loose her.  Jon Nelson

This is very sad news .... I can’t find an obituary online. Does anyone know when Tina died?

I understand Tina was in a very bad car accident; early 80s.  I saw her in 1979 the day of our HS

10 year class reunion. Sam had let her know I was coming in to get my hair done. Sam

And Nita ( her parents) had a hair salon (La Femme) at the Outrigger Hotel. My Mom had been

Going there to Sam, since we all were in Kindergarten at Prisk. Mom passed in 1976; and after that

Unfortunately Tina and I lost touch. I still remember the last day I saw her; beautiful as ever and

still great friends, that she was to all of us. Blessed to have known her, her Mom and Dad. Rip our beautiful and special friend ! We all love and miss you! ❤️  Jennifer (Jann) Falk

Tina lived across the street from me on Tevis Ave. As Jon Nelson stated, she was a beautiful young lady with a nice personality. I believe that she passed away some years ago to cancer. Her mom still lives on Tevis.

Tina was a close friend, with a kind heart and a wonerful sense of humor. We had some hilarious adventures.... most memorable in Palm Springs.  Unfortunately, after graduation we lost touch, and I was truly sadened to hear of this special soul's passing.... RIP my dear friend........
