From Craig's Obituary: 

Craig T. Collins, 66, entered into the presence of his Lord and Savior August 1, 2017, following a short battle with liver & heart disease.

Craig was born October 6, 1950, to Trevor and Lucille (Caldwell) Collins in San Pedro, California. Growing up in Long Beach, California, he met the love of his life Robin and wed in 1983. Together, they moved to Utah in 1984 where he worked for Davis School District as a Head Custodian for 30 years, before retiring in 2014 from Lakeside Elementary.
