Jane Hanson Brown

After graduation I lived a whole lot of life. I worked in many different fields and had lots of fun, and exciting jobs and experiences. I worked in retail I worked as a dental assistant I worked as a model, I work as a flight attendant and then at the age of 40 I went to cosmetology school for a year and opened my own salon. I retired from the Cosmo world in 2004. I really did love working in the beauty business. And now, I am learning to live alone after the loss of my husband a year and a half ago.
I'm looking forward to the new year and what it may bring in my life. I truly love Washington State and Olympia. I actually live in Lacey kind of a little area of Olympia. We have the joint Base McCord here, and lots of military in my neighborhood.
Last April a car came flying through my fence and into my house for my kitchen that was quite an experience. I stood there with my dog and looked at it and said to myself well that needs to be fixed. It was an experience taking care of everything by myself without someone to run things off of. Well here it is December and it's just finished. Now it's time to load all the boxes back into the kitchen and put things away and I'm really not looking forward to that. Yes I'm a procrastinator. Have a birthday coming up in January and I'm looking forward to that. I hope it marks the beginning of a new era for me and something exciting, challenging, and eventful. Somebody say hi to me!
